What these terms cover
These terms apply when you visit the pages of notdocs.dev outside the app: the home page, the docs, the pricing, comparison, legal and company pages, and the files served beside them such as llms.txt and SKILL.md. Using the hosted service itself, once you sign in, is covered by the terms of service. The operator of the site is named in the legal notice.
Reading the site does not need an account and does not bind you to anything beyond these terms.
What you may do
- Read, print and link to any page, including deep links to a section.
- Quote reasonable extracts with a link back.
- Copy the code samples and commands on the docs pages into your own work.
- Point a crawler or a language model at the site within what
robots.txtallows.llms.txtandSKILL.mdexist for that. - Use the files on the brand page to refer to notdocs, as that page describes.
What you may not do
- Present a copy of the site, or of a page, as your own or as an official notdocs page.
- Use the notdocs name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you, beyond what the brand page allows.
- Probe, scan or overload the site except as the security page allows.
- Use the contact addresses on the site for bulk unsolicited mail.
Ownership
The text, the illustrations and the design of the site are ours unless a page says otherwise. The names and marks of other products are their owners'; mentioning them, including on the comparison pages, does not mean they endorse notdocs or that we are affiliated with them.
Accuracy
The pages describe the product as it is when they were last revised, and the date is shown where it matters. They are not legal, financial or technical advice. The changelog is generated from the repository and is the most current description of the product; where a page and the product disagree, the product and its terms of service decide. The comparison pages describe other products from their public documentation on the date shown and may be out of date; write to hello@notdocs.dev if something on them is wrong and we will correct it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as GitHub, Polar and the providers on the subprocessors page. We do not control them and their own terms apply there.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reading the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer the mandatory law of your country of residence applies where it is more favourable to you.
Changes
We may change these terms when the site changes. The date at the top is the current version's.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, without taking away a consumer's right to bring a claim where they live.
